Lindsey Lincolnshire Fire Brigade firemans cap badge 1948 to 1974

A good original circa 1948 to 1974 early period 'Lindsey Fire Brigade cap badge'; chromium plated Home Office star with an applied red enamel disc held by two lugs and a pin, depicting the Coat of Arms of Lindsey a shield bearing a Viking Ship with the motto below 'SERVICE LINKS ALL'. Very good used condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, no damage to the enamel, minimal wear.
