A good original Second World War period 'ARPS Civil Defence Instructor gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.M.Ltd' (H.W.Miller Ltd). Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole horseshoe fitting, no damage to the enamel.
