A scarce original circa pre 1953 period 'Royal National Lifeboat Institution RNLI Ladies Guild medal'; gilt metal shield bearing the 'Royal National Lifeboat Institution' logo with 'King George VI Crown' to the centre of the red cross, suspended from a navy blue silk ribbon with VICE-PRESIDENT bar. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
