A scarce original Second World War period British made example, in the form of a large die-cast oxidised sliver plated badge, depicting an embossed map of Czechoslovakia superimposed over Prague Castle and shield bearing the Czechoslovak lion and carrying the French 'Cross of Lorraine', the base enclosed by a curved border scroll stating 'ITS MY LAND ALL CZECHS COUNTRY'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham 18' Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings and housed in its original blue card presentation case with printed details on silk inside lid 'In memory of a Czechoslovak soldier Great Britain 1941', this with two splits to corners of lid, scuffs and service wear.
