Girl Guides Local Association silver plated trefoil promise badge

A scarce original pre-1968 pattern 'Local Association promise badge'; silver plated trefoil bearing 'Girl Guides' scroll, vertical embossed 'LA' inlaid with dark blue enamel; the reverse with maker's detail in relief 'Sir DG Collins London' (post-1939 marking) 'Girl Guides' and 'REG Trade Mark'. Very good condition, rcomplete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
