A scarce original wartime period 'Devon Girl Guides silver badge' in the form of an eight pointed star, the centre displaying 'Exeter Castle' on green enamel ground within title surround; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1941, maker's details "JAW&Co" (J.A.Wylie & Co London).
