A good original circa 1920's 'National Union of General Workers trade union badge'; large silver plated shield, inlaid with red enamel, blue enamel title surround the centre displaying a triangle inscribed 'Love Unity Fidelity'; the reverse impressed with maker's details "Caville Mayes Rd Wood Green London" and "REG No.16547". Very good condition, original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for a tiny nick top right corner, retaining virtually all of its silver plated finish.
