The obverse with Crowned bust right and title "Edward VIII Crowned A.D.1937". The reverse with embossed Oak Tree and plaque. Very good condition, complete with original red, white and blue silk ribbon, safety pin fitting, minor wear, spot of corrosion to reverse.

A scarce original circa 1920's period 'Prince Edward, The Prince of Wales tour of Australia souvenir badge'; gilded tin celluloid example depicting a portrait photograph of the future King in Royal Navy uniform on gold background. Very good condition, retaining original pin fitting, no foxing or rust, colour remains bright.

A good quality scarce Edward VIII gilded metal medal, produced for the proposed Coronation in 1937 that never took place. The obverse with Crowned bust right and title "Edward VIII King And Emperor", the reverse an allegorical figure of Britannia standing frontal, holding crown within a portico, River Thames, St Paul's Cathedral and battleship in the foreground, title "Crowned A.D. 1937"; complete with original display card inscribed "Coronation Souvenir" "British Made" and contained in a red, white and blue cardboard box, this with age wear and corner piece detached but present. Very good condition, complete with original ribbon and Crowned suspension bar with single pin fitting, this with minor verdigris.

WW1 Edward Prince of Wales, British & Foreign Sailors Society Appeal, Tin Button Photographic Badge.

A scarce circa 1920's 'British & Foreign Sailors Society's Appeal' celluloid tin button badge, portraying a black and white portrait of the young Prince of Wales wearing a Royal Navy cap with caption below "I do hope that the appeal will meet with a hearty response". Very good condition, retaining original pin fitting, very minor rust, a number of poor manufacturing flaws around the rim.
